We are looking for a Team Leader for our SDR Team working in 5 regions (France, Spain, Germany…) to help Segmentify’s global sales. You will be responsible for mentoring and supporting team members and coordinating with other teams and the client to drive Segmetify’s global sales.

Role

• Mentoring and supporting SDR team members.
• Assist Segmentify’s Global Sales team with strategy development in assigned regions.
• Identifying new sales opportunities and directing the team accordingly.
• Understanding customer needs and requirements and guiding the team accordingly.
• Maintain and expand the prospect database in Zoho CRM.

Requirements

• University degree
• Relevant experience in Inside Sales is a plus
• Minimum 1 year of Team Lead experience is preferred
• A fair understanding of the eCommerce and digital world markets
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
• Based in Istanbul and able to work in hybrid work settings
