Our StoryThe initial idea for Segmentify was born out of Murat Soysal’s PhD study in machine learning.
The two co-founders, Murat Soysal and Ergin Eroğlu had a simple but elegant vision for Segmentify. That was to employ machine learning and AI technologies to help eCommerce stores optimise their conversion rates. So here we are, 9 years later, with a team of 100+ people doing just that.
We do not accept the traditional “one-size-fits-all” approach to online shopping at Segmentify. Hence, we’ve built advanced algorithms that analyse each visitor’s behaviour and respond accordingly.
Our goal is to engage each shopper individually to make sure they feel unique and special and thus, increase eCommerce conversion rates.
Segmentify is a Customer Engagement Platform, currently serving 250+ companies in 40 different countries. Our focus is creating omnichannel personalised experiences for each customer throughout the entire eCommerce journey to increase conversions, engagement, revenue and customer lifetime value.
