Agile marketing is a marketing approach that emphasises flexibility, adaptability, and continuous improvement. It draws its inspiration from Agile software development, which is based on the principles of collaboration, experimentation, and rapid iteration. In agile marketing, campaigns are broken down into small, manageable pieces called “sprints,” each lasting a few weeks or less.
During each sprint, the team focuses on delivering a specific set of goals, such as creating a new ad campaign or optimising a landing page. After each sprint, the team reviews the results and makes any necessary adjustments based on feedback and data.
The goal of Agile Marketing is to enable teams to respond quickly to changes in the market or customer needs, and to continuously improve the effectiveness of their marketing efforts.
