Apply for the Regional Sales Manager (Global) position to be a part of our amazing team and create regional sales strategies in accordance with the company strategies.
Role
- Managing the international sales team that actively visits customers,
- Determining the customer needs / wants and competitive landscape, purposes customer specific strategies accordingly,
- Having a comprehensive knowledge of Segmentify’s products, competitive advantages, resources and processes, to convincingly articulate them to the customers,
- Actively contribute within the extended team to identify, share and discuss customer needs, issues, interests, and competitive activities,
- Assisting in the development of action plans to improve customer satisfaction performance,
- Reaching agreed sales targets and results within the plan,
- Analyzing the potential of the region/market, following sales and status reports.
Requirements
- BA/BS preferred or equivalent work experience with demonstrated proficiency
- 6+ years of prior sales experience, preferably within enterprise software or SaaS
- Being fluent in English
- Knowledge of the e-commerce market and/or experience with online brands & retailers
- Strong verbal and written communication & presentation skills; extraordinary listening skills
- Strong problem solving & analytical skills; formulates solutions that deliver real business value
- Ability to recognize and maximize new business opportunities
- Proactive, ambitious and commercially orientated
- Being able to reside in İstanbul. After working in Turkey for a while, there is a chance to work at the Berlin office. In any case, it will be a busy position to travel to.
