Challenges
As iCLOTHING’s product range and brand offerings continued to grow, it became harder for customers to make purchasing decisions across many choices. This is a common challenge for fashion eCommerce. Because by nature, fashion retailers offer many sizes, collections, styles and colours, making the shopping experience overwhelming at times.
